Layered Jello (also known as Ribbon Jello)
I had the pleasure of attending a Mother/Daughter event with my friend Susan Miller. It was potluck with TONS of great food. My contribution was Layered Jello.
I began with a 11x7 glass pan, (you could use a prettier glass container) 5 flavors of jello and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
1. Dissolve 1st flavor of Jello in 1 1/4 cups boiling water.
2. Stir 1/5 can of condensed milk into Jello mixture
3. Pour 1st layer into pan
4. Place on level shelf in refrigerator to "set up"
5. Repeat with other flavors until you have 5 layers.
6. Add whipped topping and serve.
