TATER TOT CASSEROLE

I served this years ago at Camp Connie Daycare. - It makes a HUGE batch! 


1.  Brown 1 1/2 pounds ground beef - Season with garlic powder, salt & pepper

2.  In a large bowl mix together 3/4 cup milk, one 26 oz cream of chicken soup, one 10 oz cream of mushroom soup, 8 oz of sour cream, one medium onion (chopped fine) and one cup of cheese(I use sharp cheddar)

3. Add drained ground beef and two 32 oz. bags of tater tots to soup mixture.

4. Pour mixture into a greased 15x10 (or a bit larger) pan.  

5.  Top with more cheese and bake.

Bake at 350 degrees - approx. 45 minutes.
This is not for someone on a diet!
