1 qt sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 ¾ cup water
2 Tbs cornstarch
1 sm box strawberry jello
Mix sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Add water and
cook until thick and clear. Add jello and stir. Cool. Pour a small amount
of cooled sauce in baked pie crust.
Add sliced strawberries. Pour remaining sauce over
strawberries. Refrigerate until set.
