Stromboli

There are endless possibilities with Stromboli!
We took a shortcut by using frozen bread dough...
1. Let bread dough raise in a warm place for 3-4 hours.
2. Roll one loaf into a rectangle with a rolling pin.  (flour the counter surface to prevent sticking)
3. Begin with a layer of cheese on the bottom.
4. Pour Sauce over cheese.
5. Add a layer of meat.
6. Add seasonings if desired.



















Now it's time to close up your Stromboli. 
1. Cut 1/2 inch slits on each side.
2. Fold over both ends.
3. Cross over one piece of dough- alternating sides until you reach the bottom.
4. Brush your creation with melted butter.
5. Bake at 375 until golden brown.

  • Hamburger, Cheese, Spices and Pizza Sauce
  • Pepperoni, Cheese, Spices and Pizza Sauce
  • Beef Steak, Swiss Cheese, Mushrooms and Green Peppers
  • Chicken, Broccoli and Four Cheese Sauce

 Don't forget to brush your yummy creation with melted butter - after you take it out of the oven.
