ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

Brown 2 pounds of ground beef and season (with a packet of taco seasoning or add your own seasonings -ie cumin, chili powder, chipotle, etc)

Cover bottom of pan with canned enchilada sauce. Add layer of tortillas, ground beef mixture, cheese and more enchilada sauce. Repeat layers 3 times. (You could also add re-fried beans to each layer)





Once it is baked the cheese, sauce, beans and ground beef will become a beautiful, melted masterpiece.



Bake at 350 degrees.

Great served with sour cream and green onions.
